Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Who we are
IAM (“IAM”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by Bodygraph LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Company”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What IAM is
IAM is a personal-growth app rooted in Human Design. It delivers short daily reflections (“sparks”) tailored to your chart, with a journal, favorites, and audio playback. Sparks are for self-awareness and reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use IAM. If you are under 18, you confirm that you use the service with the awareness of a parent or guardian where the law requires it. You agree to use IAM for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person. If you believe your account has been compromised, email [email protected] and we will help you secure it.
Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts include a 9-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods.
Your content
Journal notes, favorites, and any text you enter stay yours. We use them only to show them back to you inside the app. You grant us the limited right to store, display, and back up this content so we can actually run the service. You can export or delete your content at any time from your profile or by emailing [email protected].
Our content
The spark texts, audio, code, visual design, and all other original material in the app are the property of the Company. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or use IAM content to train machine-learning models without our written permission. A small number of quoted or paraphrased ideas are drawn from Human Design literature, each credited where relevant.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, bypass authentication, scrape content at scale, run automated requests, probe for security weaknesses, or use IAM to harass anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. Suspected serious abuse will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Third-party services
IAM uses third-party providers to deliver certain features (chart calculation, text-to-speech, email, hosting). Their own terms govern how they process data on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy for the current list.
No warranties
IAM is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to keep the service running and the content accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, correctness of chart calculations, or that any spark will produce a particular outcome in your life.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to IAM will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. In no event will we be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in the state of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived. If you reside in a jurisdiction whose law requires a different forum or procedure, those mandatory local rules apply to the extent required.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we retire the service. On termination, your right to use IAM ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
